Our "Zero Harm" Philosophy

At Shree Sai Construction, we firmly believe that no task is so urgent that it cannot be done safely. The health, safety, and well-being of our employees, sub-contractors, and the general public is our highest operational priority.

Core Safety Mandates

Mandatory PPE: Strictly enforcing the use of Personal Protective Equipment (hard hats, safety boots, reflective vests, harnesses) for all personnel entering our active sites.
Site Risk Assessment: Conducting daily Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA) before commencing high-risk activities like scaffolding, heavy lifting, or deep excavation.
Equipment Maintenance: Regular inspection, servicing, and certification of our entire machinery fleet to prevent mechanical failures that could compromise site safety.
Training & Certification: Providing mandatory safety induction training for new workers and specialized training for heavy machinery operators.

Emergency Preparedness

In addition to preventive measures, we ensure our sites are fully equipped to handle emergencies:

First Aid Ready

Fully stocked first aid stations on all sites with designated, medically-trained personnel on duty.

Fire Safety

Strategic placement of fire extinguishers and clear evacuation routes maintained throughout construction phases.

Incident Reporting

A transparent reporting system to log and investigate near-misses, helping to prevent future accidents.
